Fastening

The polished workpiece and the base are glued together by using PU or silica gel.
The workpiece is cleaned and roughened with plasma to achieve the required dyne value and then covered by the finished workpiece in Step 1.
The workpiece lays still in the workshop for some time before being tested for tightness.

Robotic arm	The robotic arm combined with the glue dispenser to drop glue into the glue groove.
O2 plasma cleaner	O2 plasma cleaner creates atmospheric-pressure plasma to clean the surface with glue residuals and roughen the workpiece surface to increase the adhesion strength.
Pressing machine	The pressing machine ensures the glue components match perfectly and stay in one piece
Airtight inspecting	Airtight inspecting equipment checking the airtightness of the workpiece
