3. Hot Plate Welding

Hot plate welding is used to join the polished base and the base.

When the base and the gloss-finished material are made of thermoplastics such as PC/PMMA/ABS, the machine heats and softens the parts and then joins both to form a workpiece.
Tempering furnace releases the stress generated by the jointed parts. This process prevents the finished workpiece from cracking.
